Since the company was founded in 1975, Atelier Val-d’Or Inc has always had the satisfaction of its customers and the improvement of its products foremost in mind.
Focus was then on the machining and repairing of various types of equipment, and in the initial
years, the business grew steadily.
In 1980, we transferred our main shop to Val-d’Or’s Industrial Park and in 1984, created
a new department focusing on product design and manufacturing. The objective:
development and ongoing improvement of diamond drill technology.
Over the years, we have become known throughout the world for our
expertise in the area of custom built diamond drill rigs.
Atelier Val d’Or calls upon a dedicated and experienced workforce to meet growing
client needs in related fields such as mining, as well as forestry, transportation, and
construction.
